“A Day in the life of New Delhi”.

It’s about what people do every day in the capital of India. I am doing this as part of my camera skills. The only disappointing part is the shooting visibility, this is because my eyes were becoming blurred whilst I was shooting. At that time, the weather was boiling and was such a dry HEAT! Around 35-50 degrees.

The soundtrack is an instrumental version of ‘Coldplay’ featuring by Beyonce. Enjoy the viewing.

“Colourful Kolkata”

Music by Dr Bombay (Taxi, Taxi, Taxi)

“Bubble and Butch” (Film experiment) Part one

The story of Bubble and Butch and reveal the vulnerability of young diverse deaf people. The bullying and discrimination stop when Bubble is asked to look after a mean-looking dog called Butcher.

The dog is a metaphor for Bubbles access, acting like a superhero at every encounter in the hearing world. Butcher transforms Bubbles life for the better.

The whole story will be communicated in a highly visual style; using for the first time urban sign language – slanguage to demonstrate the creativity amongst deaf people on the streets of the UK.

It will be a defiant new work tackling double discrimination, and mental health in the deaf world.

“Tuk Tuk, Take A Ride”

I was just playing it on my 50mm 1.2 lens, shooting it at night time in Amritsar, Punjab. I managed with a handheld camera, hoping to capture as high a quality shooting as possible. At the end of the day, I’ve decided that I don’t want to waste the clips and thought I’d like to share them with you all.

“The Art of Muay Thai”

Whilst visiting Lumpinee Boxing Stadium there were hundreds of enthusiastic Thai fans, betting, chanting it was incredible to see. I was so pleased that I was allowed to film around the stadium. My only minor disappointment was that they wouldn’t allow me to use a monopod. All I had was a handheld camera for about 4 hours. I think I did my best to grab as many good shots as possible. Tough challenge but I hope I made this video worth it! Music Consultant by Sanjay Singh.

“Revival of a House by Deaf Contractors” 2013

“Tuk, Tuk Taxi” 2011

I went to Udaipur in Rajasthan during the summer. I decided to film while I was sat behind the taxi driver in an auto-rickshaw. Lake City is where they shot a scene for the James Bond film “Octopussy.”
I used my handheld camera (no monopod) while we rode for 10-15 minutes. I hope you enjoy viewing!  Music: Chaiyya Chaiyya (Bollywood Soundtrack from Chaiyya Chaiyya film and Inside men)
